THE PROCESS STARTS HERE

The process for this is straight forward, in most cases we would ask you to send us a picture via an email attachment so we can see what damage we are dealing with and to whether or not it is salvageable. In some cases some boxes are so badly damaged that no matter what we do it cant be fixed… In the majority of cases it can be.

Once we have the picture and we can see the damage we will then ask you to send us the box. We will scan your existing box on a state of the art flat bed scanner and get to work on fixing those damaged parts.

Once we have located the correct card for your box we will then clean the box up free of all imperfections and print it out as per the original, once this has been done we will then send you back your original box along with your new copied box which will be perfect and free of any imperfections.

In some cases all a box will need is a new flap if it has become detached from the main body of the box, we then would ask you to send us the box with the flap and we will repair it for you, we can also replicate a flap for you if it is completely missing from the box and we would make it look as if it belonged to the box so it would not look to (new looking).

We cant unfortunately work miracles but we do strive to give you the best possible results available and we know you will be happy with our work.

On box refurbishments the usual turn around time from your box getting to us and us completing the work for you is 3 weeks, of course this is depending on a few factors,such as size, colour, work involved and colour matching.
