Wonka Bar, Slugworth Sizzler, From The 1971 Original Film

Wow… Here we have a prop reproduction Slugworth Sizzler Wonka Bar from the family hit classic, Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory 1971.

I am friends with majority of the cast members from the film, and have been for many years now, and Julie Dawn Cole who played Veruca Salt is a personal friend of mine.

Most bars were made from cardboard or foam as the studio lights would have made them melt under the extreme heat, so Day-Glo cardboard bars were made so they were nice and bright on camera, and so they would also survive countless takes on film.

The colours for this bar are spot on !!! You can buy Wonka bars all over the internet but have they had access to a real Wonka bar ? Have they held it in their hands and been able to look over every detail to make sure the copy was identical to the original ….. The answer is no.

This Slugworth Sizzler Wonka Bar will be posted in a well padded protected box for added protection in transit.

If your a Wonka fan then this is a must for you as it would look fantastic framed or on your desk in a holder !!!!

PS… This bar was made famous by the close up shots in Bills candy shop.

If you look behind Bill in the shop you can quite clearly see the Slugworth Sizzlers sitting on the shelf.

The bar does not contain chocolate or wood….. it is very lightweight foam and easy to display.
