This is a fantastic rare Envelope which would have contained 8 spare missiles and 8 spare Boot Spinners for children back in the 60’s.
These were kept behind the counter at your favourite Toy shop where they sold the Corgi 268 Green Hornet model.
If you had lost the missiles or spinners by firing them out of the car, the shop keeper wold take some more missiles out of this envelope and charge you a small fee for the replacements.
A super rare envelope to find these days original or even a copy … these do not come up very often for sale to the general public and is considered one of the hardest Corgi envelopes to get hold of, as these were not intended to be handed out to the public.
The envelope material is like a very thick like tracing paper which has been printed exactly like the originals were.
The reverse of the envelopes have all been glued, folded and scored perfectly and the corresponding John Dickinson’s serial number is also present.
A great item and a great price if you are missing one for your beloved Corgi Model.
